I carefully package and ship all furniture items to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Processing Times
Each piece is painted to order please see current timeframe on the product description. You will be updated once your furniture is complete and ready for shipping.
Shipping Methods
Due to the size and nature of furniture, items are shipped using a trusted courier team who are a specialist furniture delivery company.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the size of the item. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your item. These will be clearly communicated before your order is confirmed.
Tracking & Updates
Once your furniture is complete and ready for dispatch, yourself and your courier will be notified. Your courier will then be in touch with you directly with a delivery date. Then again the day before delivery with a 2 hour delivery window.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the item. For large furniture pieces, it is your responsibility to ensure the item will fit through doorways, hallways, and into your space.
Damages in Transit
I take great care in packaging; however, if your item arrives damaged please inform my courier team straight away.
Delays
While I aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to couriers or unforeseen circumstances. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
