As all furniture pieces are custom-painted to order, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Each item is created specifically to your requirements, including colour, finish, and design details. For this reason, all sales are final once work has begun.

I take great care to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and accurate representation of my work. If you have any questions, concerns, or specific requests, please discuss them with me before placing your order so I can ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

My courier team will deliver to the room of your choice, unpack and make sure you are happy with your order. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there are any issues please let my couriers know straight away.
